- Review submittals and shop drawings
- Witness and validate onsite testing
- Work with live electrical systems, including:
- Manage resolution of commissioning issues
- Perform site observation visits and prepare reports
- Conduct commissioning design reviews (OPR, BOD, plans, specifications)
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients (verbally and in writing)
- Develop and execute test scripts (Level 2 IVCs, Level 4 FPTs, Level 5 ISTs)

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 5+ years of MEP construction/commissioning experience
- Experience in hyperscale data center design/construction
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety (required)
- Field experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional Engineering license (a plus)
- Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (a plus)
- OSHA 30-hour (preferred)
- Three-phase AC power
- Ability to analyze technical information and develop solutions
- Strong engineering knowledge in the built environment
- NFPA 70E certification (required)
- Ability to interpret construction drawings
