Provide documentation of project work activity, equipment utilized, and manpower for projects.
Obtain and maintain inspection certifications, such as MARTCP, WACEL, ACI
Conduct walk-through visits to inspect completed and in-progress work sites.
Provides relevant information to Developers, Contractors, and/or other interested parties (when authorized to do so).
Work construction hours (which may include overtime) and in inclement weather
Measure and record completed work.
Inspect assigned water & sewer lines to ensure compliance with municipal requirements, specifications, and contracts.
Inspect utility & related construction projects for compliance with plans, specifications, and standards.

Position available to be based out of any of Pennoni's Maryland/Washington metro area offices for work located in Baltimore, Annapolis, Howard County, Prince George's County and Montgomery County**
Proven ability to demonstrate responsibility and honesty, especially in a dependable manner.
Knowledge of Maryland State Highway Administration standards
Knowledge of WSSC standards
Completion of an Associate degree (or higher) in an Engineering-oriented or Construction Management field of study
Use of standard computer software (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, use of iPads and Laptops)
Holds current MARTCP, ACI, WACEL, or NICET certifications
Experience working with water, wastewater / sewage, and/or stormwater resources
Experience with Traffic Control
Knowledge of Prince George’s and Montgomery County standards
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Experience with paving projects, site grading, and Erosion & Sediment Control
