What you would be doing
The role involves developing comprehensive new project plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Delay, Minutes of Meeting, Baseline schedule, Schedule updates, Progress reports needs to be documented
- Provide the compherensive status update of all projects
- Preparation of project launch schedule in aligment to baseline date
- Ensure effective communication between project stakeholders
- Updation of Marathon Dashboard for 'Design' Goals & actuals for new projects : 12 monthly updates / year
- Required project data needs to be collected for schedule preparation - Project details, Financial model, Site Map, Location
- Preparation of schedule with available data : 2 projects / year
- Design schedule preparation as per standard template : 2 projects / year
- Schedule tasks needs to be detailed in discussion with stakeholders
- Updation of Marathon Dashboard for 'Design' Goals & actuals for new projects
- Conducting meeting and updating schedule : 52 weekly updates / year
- Schedule needs to be published in standard format to stakeholders with all necessary reports
- Publish of schedule to stakeholders as per standard protocol : 26 fortnigjtly updates / year
- Tracking & Monitoring - Ensure timely updates are taken from the respective stakeholders and identify deviaition/delays
- Collabrate with Liasioning, Design functions, Marketing, Sales for updates
- Planning - Effectively collabrate with team & prepare a realistic schedule including milestones, resource allocation and deliverables
- Ensure to update quality remarks and delay reason against the tasks in the schedule
- Provide escalation & communication matrix for the project
