What you would be doing

Monitor open orders and ensure all items have a clear fulfillment plan and delivery timeline
Facilitate order management and fulfillment for assigned hospitality accounts and projects
Review and prepare supporting documentation such as spec sheets, finish approvals, and invoices
Troubleshoot issues related to order specifications, delays, or production changes
Manage communication of project status updates to clients (daily, weekly, or as needed)
Analyze order details to confirm accuracy of specifications and contract compliance
Works effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems
Coordinate with freight forwarders and internal stakeholders for shipping logistics

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or Interior Design preferred
Experience in interior design, custom home building products, luxury home furnishings and/or lighting industry strongly preferred
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail
Ability to deliver results both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, early mornings, or evenings as needed
2 to 4 years’ previous experience in client service, project coordination, or order management
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for this role
Demonstrate exceptional communication across all channels including email, phone, and meetings
