Project Manager - F&B experience is essential!

Description

Lead full project lifecycles across the UK, delivering multiple projects on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations in fast-paced environments.

• Conduct feasibility studies, risk analysis, and produce capex forecasts
• Oversee H&S compliance, manage consultants, and ensure statutory compliance
• Provide value engineering and negotiate M&E/FF&E contracts
• Lead client rollouts for new stores and refurbishments
• Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Manage entire project lifecycle: budgets, timelines, programming, and cost control

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge (M&E, FF&E, value engineering)
• Clean UK driving licence (extensive UK travel required)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• 2-3+ years experience in hospitality fit-out delivery
• Solid understanding of H&S legislation and UK building compliance
