We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a high impact, outside sales role responsible for accelerating growth by increasing market share and expanding relationships with existing and future Stylmark customers.
You will be a key player in driving revenue, managing high-value accounts, and leveraging a value-based, solution-selling approach to senior executives.
- Strategy & Planning: Formulate and implement a detailed sales plan that aligns with growth objectives.
- Negotiation & Presentation: Present professional proposals that align with customer needs and expectations and manage expenses effectively.
- Business Development: Prospect, cultivate, qualify, and manage the sales pipeline for new growth opportunities.
- Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual growth expectations within target markets and customers.
- Market Leadership: Create industry awareness through proactive prospecting, networking, presentations, and industry trade shows.
- Relationship Building: Establish strategic relationships with Architects and Designers to grow retail, commercial, residential development, and hospitality segments.
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally within the Stylmark business to ensure we are delivering on customer needs and providing valuable market/industry updates and "voice of customer" feedback to the leadership team.

- A current, valid driver’s license.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
- Product demonstration experience and competence.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Experience developing and managing key accounts.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives and financial performance.
- Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics to manage the business.
- Sales experience in a product and/or manufacturing environment.
- Experience articulating value propositions and system-selling.

The expected compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $150,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
