- Contribute to the design and development of new architectures for instrumentation and embedded systems.
- Perform extensive debugging with hardware and device drivers.
- Understand and modify an existing code base to address new requirements.

- Experience working in the water quality industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in firmware development with Embedded C.
- Experience reading schematics.
- BS in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with Embedded Linux build systems such as Yocto.
- 5+ years of professional experience preferred, but candidates with 2-3 years will be considered if they meet the requirements and are quick learners.
- Strong debugging skills in pure bare metal environments.
- Experience with device driver and kernel programming.
- Ability to produce technical design documentation.
- Familiarity with hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
