Client meetings for business development,
Engaging with Arcadis’ regional, national, and global client account teams, supporting the expansion of business development opportunities and client relationships to strategically grow Arcadis’ industrial water/wastewater portfolio, leveraging existing and new client relationships.
Lead or serve as Subject Matter Expert or lead Design Manager for complex engineering designs for industrial water projects while collaborating with other design disciplines. Routine tasks include:
Engineering reports and feasibility studies (provide direction/review)
Assist Arcadis’ project managers with developing and managing the project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.
Work directly with clients to determine needs and provide solutions,
Design basis documents (provide direction/review)
Support Arcadis’ industrial water growth in CA and western United States
Participating in client interviews,
Support the development of the Industrial Water process team across a variety of market sectors.
Review of engineering drawings (P&IDs and Layout)
Lead projects and clients in the planning, design and construction of Water / Wastewater treatment plants and wastewater recycle plants for industrial clients.
Engineering calculations including mass and energy balances (provide direction/review)
Preparation of abstracts and technical papers.
Lead business development activities to increase project wins and develop long lasting client relationships. Routine tasks include:
Leading pursuits and development of proposals,
Coordinate multi-disciplined engineering teams.
Manage technical coordination and leadership roles on larger or complex projects or projects with higher associated risk.
