In this role you will oversee the operational execution of talent and learning initiatives, ensuring data‑driven insights and continuous improvement across programs. You will partner with external vendors, manage key HR platforms, and develop resources and SOPs to support consistent and efficient processes.
- Lead execution of the annual performance cycle, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Oversee course enrollments, maintain learning catalogs, and ensure timely session delivery.
- Generate regular reports, analyze talent and learning data, and deliver actionable insights.
- Build and manage relationships with external vendors to ensure deliverable accountability.
- Maintain and support HR platforms such as Workday, Glint, Chronus, and HRSoft.
- Create and update tools, guides, and training materials; deliver system trainings as needed.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures to promote consistency and efficiency.
- Proactively identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Deliver system trainings and present data insights to stakeholders.

- Hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- Possess 5+ years of HR experience, with focus on talent management or learning & development.
- Demonstrate fluency with Workday Talent and Learning modules.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and project execution skills.
- Manage multiple priorities with excellent organizational abilities.
- Utilize intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
