- Convert engineer’s markups into working drawings
- Perform load calculations
- Route and size plumbing systems appropriately
- Prepare schedules, details, and fixture/equipment specifications
- Prepare and deliver drawings at SD, DD, and CD levels
- Manage and deliver revisions (ASI’s, etc.) and sketches using proper numbering conventions
- Think in a 3D simulated environment

- Understand, layout, and size fundamental plumbing systems: storm, sanitary, vent, water, and gas
- Minimum three years’ plumbing design experience, seeking to expand in plumbing engineering
- Strong Revit MEP experience
- Engineering or drafting degree (e.g., BS Architectural Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Plumbing Engineering, AS Drafting and Design) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- EIT or PE certification is a plus
