- Reviews and updates LIS equipment, maintenance and calibration procedures, and LTS (Laboratory Technical Services) procedures to ensure compliance with GMP processes as defined by the client.
- Ensures supply of spare parts and consumables for in-scope Pharma Services.
- Supervises, plans, directs, schedules and performs day-to-day and long-range activities for defined GMP Pharma Services scope, and ensures all programs and procedures to be delivered by the Pharma Services staff are being properly implemented.
- Reviews work orders to ensure compliance with GMP processes as defined by the client, performance, safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements, as well as with all company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Processes performance metrics; tracks, analyses, and reports performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Manages contractor specifications, problems/issues, performance, and administration.
- Takes corrective action to bring about required change and ensures contract requirements have been executed at a level above the specified standards.

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive approach.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred along with 2-5 years of job-related experience. Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
- Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
