As a Mold Machine Operator you will mold epoxy parts, perform sandblasting and painting, and use hand and power tools such as knives, scrapers, engravers, and air‑impact tools. You will work in a production environment with cycle times of 7‑22 minutes, requiring strong eye‑hand coordination, manual dexterity, and repetitive motion of both hands and arms.

- Operate injection molding machine to produce simple polymer components efficiently.
- Review job orders and simple blueprints to determine molding requirements.
- Set up molds, adjust parameters, and monitor production to maintain optimal machine conditions.
- Cycle molding machine while performing secondary tasks such as deflashing, inspection, lubrication, and packaging.
- Inspect finished products for defects according to quality assurance guidelines and escalate issues when needed.
- Use hand tools (files, hammer, scraper, air nozzle) to clean molds and ensure equipment functionality.
- Apply silicone mold release with a brush to prevent material sticking.
- Perform sandblasting operations as required.
- Document completed jobs accurately and report issues promptly.
- Meet department targets while consistently adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Understand and comply with all applicable company policies and rules.
- Collaborate with departmental mentors to receive and apply feedback for work improvement.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Attend in‑person or virtual meetings as requested.
- Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as scales and calipers.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Work independently and fulfill material request requirements.
- Apply basic math skills to calculate quantities, weights, and measurements.
- Maintain attention to detail to complete precise tasks and follow instructions accurately.
- Follow Health, Safety & Environment procedures and report concerns promptly.

The position works the 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday‑Friday) shift with overtime as needed. S&C provides transparent, competitive pay; the estimated hourly base is $22.30 and the role is eligible for the annual short‑term incentive bonus, subject to eligibility.
