Workplace Ambassador - Receptionist (Fixed Term)

Description

• Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling arrivals, access passes, and enquiries
• Conduct regular workplace experience sweeps to ensure cleanliness and replenish supplies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and clients
• Coordinate with the facilities management team for seamless guest experiences and daily huddles
• Handle administrative tasks such as emails, phone calls, workspace management, and vendor oversight
• Anticipate needs and manage events and conference‑room bookings to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Identify and escalate potential operational risks
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and workplace activations

Requirements

The role is based on‑site at Collins Street, Melbourne, where JLL is seeking a dynamic Workplace Ambassador to enhance the office environment and deliver exceptional service to visitors and employees. This fixed‑term contract runs until August 2026 and blends traditional concierge duties with proactive workplace management to create a welcoming and efficient atmosphere.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented and committed to exceeding client expectations, spending significant time engaging with employees and guests to ensure a seamless workplace experience. A diploma or higher education and 1–2 years of hospitality, facility‑management or related experience are required, alongside strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
