The role is based on‑site at Collins Street, Melbourne, where JLL is seeking a dynamic Workplace Ambassador to enhance the office environment and deliver exceptional service to visitors and employees. This fixed‑term contract runs until August 2026 and blends traditional concierge duties with proactive workplace management to create a welcoming and efficient atmosphere.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented and committed to exceeding client expectations, spending significant time engaging with employees and guests to ensure a seamless workplace experience. A diploma or higher education and 1–2 years of hospitality, facility‑management or related experience are required, alongside strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
