The foreman schedules crews, assigns work, keeps records, operates vehicles and equipment safely, and leads training on pruning techniques. They also coordinate visual safety checks, join storm‑restoration efforts, and ensure compliance with the Line Clearance Contract and company policies.

Strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of climbing, pruning, and equipment operation are required.
The role demands regular physical activity, work at heights or confined spaces, and exposure to weather, noise, fumes, and vibration. Employees must wear appropriate PPE, use radios and hand tools correctly, and follow all safety rules.
