Develops and supplies high‑tech heavy machinery and equipment across engineering and agriculture sectors.
➤ Record goods receipt, returns, and adjustments in the accounting system.
➤ Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile supplier statements.
➤ Assist auditors with stock and purchase documentation.
➤ Match purchase orders (POs) with goods received notes (GRNs) and supplier invoices.
➤ Conduct periodic stock reconciliations with physical counts.
➤ Ensure proper VAT treatment on local and import purchases (UAE VAT compliance).
➤ Record and verify supplier invoices, shipping documents and purchase orders.
➤ Coordinate with procurement and finance departments for supplier payments.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
✔️ 2–5 years of experience in accounts payable, purchasing, or inventory management.
✔️ Knowledge of UAE VAT rules (especially input VAT on purchases and import declarations).
✔️ ERP / Accounting software: SAP S4 Hana
✔️ Education: Bachelors degree in Accountancy or related field
✔️ Excel skills: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, inventory tracking templates.
✔️ Attention to detail and accuracy in matching POs, Incor-term,GRNs, and invoices.
