  • Ensure compliance with national regulations related to industrial hygiene and safety.
  • Maintain HACCP related records and documents
  • Conduct HSE orientation / induction/HSE awareness sessions to workers
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all hygiene and safety issues.
  • Conduct the monitoring programs according to the defined monitoring strategies.
  • Audit and assess food raw material suppliers
  • Implement and maintain Good Hygiene Practices and HACCP in a catering and camp environment
  • Ensure the implementation and regular review of industrial hygiene monitoring program
  • Provide the necessary support for on-going management and auditing of the industrial hygiene and safety program.
  • Conduct kitchen, dining, laundry, recreation and camp facilities audits and produce reports independently
  • Conduct in-house hygiene related training for food handlers

  • Ability to understand and implement incident reporting and investigation procedures
  • Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety
  • Ability to speak read and write English with good communication skills
  • Understand and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site-specific HSE procedures / work instructions
  • Internationally recognized industrial hygiene certification by a reputable professional association such as CIH, iCertOH, iDipOH or equivalent is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor Degree in Medical field or Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree from a recognized and reputed university.
  • Must have minimum of 5 years’ experience in HSE in any industry, experienced in camp and catering food safety management, with at least 1 year experience in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects /operations / production in the oil & gas or petro-chemical industries.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and EPC environments
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work in multi-culture and multi-company environments
  • Ability to multitask
  • Awareness of practical H2S control measures.
  • Ability to conduct HSE inspections
