Own the sales process from initial contact through signed agreement
Track pipeline and sales activity performance
Partner with service operations for customer onboarding and job execution
Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, general contractors, and industrial operators
Provide leadership with market intelligence and customer insights
Identify and pursue service opportunities including maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, retrofit, and small projects
Develop, write, negotiate, and execute Terms of Service agreements, service contracts, and maintenance agreements
Prospect and secure new electrical service customers across commercial and industrial markets
Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce
Grow recurring service revenue through contract-based selling
