Do you thrive at the intersection of technology and customer success? In this role you’ll act as a trusted technical advisor for forward‑thinking construction companies, helping them unlock IoT potential, solve complex integration challenges and shape fleet operations. You’ll bridge customers and innovation, ensuring key accounts gain maximum value, validating new features with early adopters and feeding insights back into the product roadmap.
The position is based in our London, ON or Kitchener, ON offices, with a flexible hybrid model, and we also welcome remote candidates across Canada, preferably in Eastern or Central time zones to support collaboration across EMEA and AME.
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related field (advanced degree a plus), extensive experience in technical account management or customer‑facing roles within SaaS/IoT, deep knowledge of IoT architecture and protocols, strong communication skills and a proactive, strategic mindset.
