Run and manage large scale commercial plumbing/piping construction projects including ability to oversee multiple jobsites simultaneously.

Ability to operate a motor vehicle, if provided.
Must complete company specific welding, soldering and/or brazing test for employment.
OSHA 30 hour preferred.
Proven ability to coordinate with other trades to complete plumbing/piping scope of work within project schedule.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to pass MVR check (if applicable) or must have reliable transportation.
Proven ability to plan ahead.
Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Working knowledge of project schedule/milestones, submittals, contract documents (addenda, specifications, drawings) and in-house shop drawings; and would also be able to utilize these documents to coordinate work on site with other trades.
Understands the flow of the project and can communicate with the operations or project manager on current or future labor needed on the job.
Proven experience managing multiple crews from Foreman to Helper/ General Laborer personnel.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Requires mechanical aptitude, mathematical and English language skills.
Ability to travel, as needed, for projects.
Ability to lead a team to include teaching and coaching.
Familiarity with blueprint, schematic, drawings, and other equipment layout materials
Experience overseeing job site personnel – foreman through helper/ general laborers.
Understanding / complies with the company tool policy and can pass these values to less experienced employees.
