Maintain accurate records and update systems using MS Office and the Possession Planning System.
Create Safe System of Work plans, ensuring compliance with the Rule Book.
Support the administration of the Assessment in The Line process.

Represent Section Managers at planning meetings, providing updates and insights.
Lead weekly Plan-Do-Review meetings to monitor progress and drive improvements.
Provide general administrative support to the Section Manager, using a broad range of skills to ensure smooth operations.
Collate and manage infrastructure maintenance records.
Develop and optimise work plans for all agreed activities within the section.
Prepare draft quarterly plans to support long-term scheduling.
Set up and maintain efficient filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and safety-critical documentation is handled appropriately.
