Drain Tech

Description

• Complete all drain cleaning, jetting and cable work related to in-home, service calls.
• Educate customers on findings related to sewer clogs and relay information to Drain Advisor
• Maintain drain cleaning equipment and keep a well-organized service truck.
• Diagnose appropriate drain that is clogged and where best to relieve obstruction.
• Introduce and assist Drain Advisor in operating camera and locating equipment.

Requirements

• Willingness to work outdoors and in inclement weather
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Can use IOS devices. Service Titan mobile experience a plus
• At least 6 months of drain cleaning experience
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
