Requirements

• Must use Fabrication CADmep to detail job.
• Successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and employment verification.
• Must be able to communicate with engineers and field foremen.
• Must be able to find the cleanest and most cost-effective route for all systems.
• High School Diploma required
• 2 – 3 years related experience; 3 - 5 years field foremen experience preferred
• Must be able to read and understand all construction plans and specifications.
• Must be able to read and review all submittals and make corrections.
• Must be able to enter a job site and verify existing conditions.
• Must be able to order materials from CAD generated material list.
• Position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to help project managers review submittals.
• Position requires work on a computer for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to download shop drawings to fab shop.
• Must be willing to attend Fabrication CADmep, AutoCAD and Revit training.
