Assist with Meetings & Deliverables: Prepare agendas, record minutes, and support monthly deliverable updates.
Manage Project Information: Review contractor submittals for accuracy and compliance; process RFIs and track responses in project logs.

Field Documentation: Collect and organize daily reports, material tickets, progress photos, and compliance forms.
Support Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to federal and state requirements (Buy America, DBE, wage rates); review documentation and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain Project Documentation: Update logs for submittals, RFIs, change management, invoicing, DBE reporting, and certified payroll.
