Tasks

-Assist with Meetings & Deliverables: Prepare agendas, record minutes, and support monthly deliverable updates. -Manage Project Information: Review contractor submittals for accuracy and compliance; process RFIs and track responses in project logs. -Professional Growth: Apply basic construction management principles under guidance; learn project processes and industry standards. -Field Documentation: Collect and organize daily reports, material tickets, progress photos, and compliance forms. -Support Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to federal and state requirements (Buy America, DBE, wage rates); review documentation and resolve discrepancies. -Maintain Project Documentation: Update logs for submittals, RFIs, change management, invoicing, DBE reporting, and certified payroll.

What You Bring

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. -Ability to interpret technical specifications and contract documents. -Familiarity with transportation/infrastructure projects. -Strong organizational and communication skills. -Experience: 0–1 years (entry-level). -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems. -Knowledge of compliance requirements (Buy America, DBE, wage rates).
