This is a key role overseeing the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to defect liability, while ensuring safety, quality, programme and cost outcomes are consistently met.

Complete cost reporting, payment claims and contract documentation.
Mentor project teams and support ongoing capability development.
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety and sequencing.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with all EHSQ standards and safety systems.
Ensure defects are closed out prior to handover.
Deliver construction projects safely, on time and within budget.
Develop construction programmes using MS Project and manage workflow through Procore.
Lead contract letting, procurement and variation management.

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a respected commercial construction contractor delivering high-quality fitout, refurbishment and new build projects across Darwin, NT.

5+ years’ construction industry experience.
Able to interpret drawings and specifications for buildability.
Strong understanding of project methodology, cost reporting and risk management.
Skilled in MS Project, Procore, Jobpac and MS Office.
White Card essential; trade or tertiary qualification preferred.
Strong leadership skills and a collaborative working style.
Proven experience managing projects $5M+.
2–5 years in Project Management, preferably within commercial/fitout sectors.
