Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license and insurance, and clear required background checks and TB testing. Strong communication skills, genuine concern for older adults, and the ability to perform basic clerical tasks and physical assistance are essential.

Drivers are responsible for transporting residents to appointments and outings while maintaining safety and compliance with all traffic and regulatory standards.
