Description

The Senior HRIS Analyst is based in Highgate’s corporate office in Irving, TX, and is responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of the organization’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The role involves routine system administration, data‑quality assurance, analysis and reporting, as well as providing end‑user support and serving as a subject‑matter expert. The analyst also leads the HRIS team, collaborates with vendors and the training department, and participates in project initiatives such as acquisition conversions.

• Maintain HCM system including employee records, user access, org chart, workflows, positions, earnings, deductions, and accruals.
• Review and troubleshoot daily issues in HCM production and testing environments; support end‑users.
• Assist with implementation, business processes, process improvements, feature enhancements, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Perform data transfer, mapping, and validation to ensure data quality.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation; collaborate with training team for end‑user translation.
• Work with vendors to develop data imports/exports; monitor recurring data feeds and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage audit and quality‑control processes to maintain data integrity and security.
• Participate on project teams for acquisition conversions to ensure smooth HCM transition.
• Stay informed on trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
• Provide timely metrics, trends, turnover reports, data analysis, and graphical representations to management using HRIS, Excel, and other tools.
• Advise fellow team members on best practices for system configuration.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related field and 3–5 years of experience with full‑suite HCM platforms—specifically Dayforce—are required. The position demands strong analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills, advanced Excel competence, and the ability to manage time, detail and pressure effectively.
