Associate

Lead projects from design to construction, mentor teams, manage clients and consultants, and deliver high quality technical and design standards

• Delivers end-to-end expertise across complex, community-focused projects

• Proficiency in coordinating multi-disciplinary inputs within a Revit environment
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, the NCC, and major project documentation standards
• Demonstrated experience delivering major projects, ideally hospitals or other technically complex typologies
• Experience inspecting works on site and administering contracts, including use of site management systems such as Aconex or Procore
• Ability to lead and mentor a project team of architects and technicians through all project stages
• Proven ability to coordinate engineering consultant inputs and manage stakeholder relationships with clients and contractors
