- Processus d’expédition : préparer l’expédition, l’emballage, créer les documents (avec toutes les transactions SAP associées) et préparer et compléter les commandes d’entrepôt pour la livraison ou le ramassage selon le calendrier.
- Maintain receiving documents as per defined process (packing slip and certificates of conformity) and Goods receipt process (with all related SAP transactions).
- Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment (forklifts, stackers, and pallet trucks)
- Processus de préparation (kitting) : préparer physiquement les kits à livrer à la ligne de production conformément aux plannings de kitting et de production (avec toutes les transactions SAP associées).
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations and keeping a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Maintenir la réception des documents conformément au processus défini (bon de livraison et certificats de conformité) ainsi que le processus de réception des marchandises (avec toutes les transactions SAP associées).

- Shipping process: Prepare shipment, packaging, and creating documents (with all related SAP transactions) and preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
- Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits.
- Perform SAP transactions and physical movement for material transfers and to stock orders.
- Process scrap material holding and disposal
- Performing certain clerical tasks in support of delivering material to operations and routine cycle counts as per audit schedule.
- Kitting process: Physically preparing kits to be delivered to the production line in accordance with the kitting and production schedules (with all related SAP transactions)

- A valid forklift license and a high school diploma or DEC are required.
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems (previous SAP experience is an asset).
- Effectuer certaines tâches administratives en soutien à la livraison de matériaux aux opérations et réaliser des inventaires cycliques de routine selon le calendrier d’audit.
- Bonnes compétences en organisation, gestion du temps et une mentalité d’amélioration continue.
- Proven work experience as a warehouse operator, with strong skills in coordination, organization, planning, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
