Drive lead conversion by strategically managing and engaging with incoming and outgoing leads across networks.

Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective clients with the sales team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead data, follow-up status, and notes.
Qualify leads based on interest, readiness, and financial capability.
Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversion pipeline, and sales team coordination.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
3+ years of experience in presales/customer service/sales coordination (any industry)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences through phone calls, emails, and chats.
Experience - 3 - 10 years (Max)
