Solar Tendering & Estimation

You will prepare competitive, technically compliant tenders that align with company goals. This role involves analyzing technical specifications, estimating costs, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting contract negotiations.

• Ensure timely submission of bids and support negotiations when required.
• Develop technical submissions, clarifications, and compliance matrices.
• Gather and evaluate vendor quotes to ensure best value procurement.
• Liaise with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate inputs.
• Review and analyze tender documents and scope of work.
• Prepare accurate cost estimations, including EPC and O&M components.
• Maintain a database of costs, vendors, and project benchmarks.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend pricing strategies.
• You will play a pivotal role in securing projects that shape the renewable energy landscape, gaining exposure to high-value contracts and growth toward senior commercial or project management roles

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with government portals, MNRE guidelines, and contractual terms.
• 2–4 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal engineering for EPC or renewable projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
