Description

The Installer’s primary purpose is to execute safe and effective installations while following company SOPs and PPE protocols, delivering a 5‑star experience to each customer.

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customers’ homes, greet them and build rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub, pan, wall surround, and update plumbing as needed.
• Clean the work area thoroughly, respecting the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.

Requirements

• Possess carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction experience, or a willingness to learn.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Hold a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone for two‑factor authentication.

Compensation is estimated at $17‑$20 per hour, with the final rate reflecting background, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
