The role involves developing highly efficient, modular software to automate test systems for internal labs and manufacturing lines. The position requires on‑site work five days a week and includes collaboration with hardware and firmware teams, as well as travel to global facilities to deploy solutions.
- Design a highly scalable software framework in Golang for testing high‑voltage power electronics, thermal systems, and related components.
- Drive end‑to‑end test software development from design through deployment and post‑deployment improvements.
- Lead and participate in code reviews to maintain quality and coding standards.
- Collaborate with hardware design and firmware teams to understand product functionality and investigate root causes of failures.
- Participate hands‑on during test hardware bring‑up, system debugging, and software optimization.
- Incorporate design techniques that ease validation and maintenance.
- Challenge ideas and decisions using first‑principles reasoning.
- Travel to global facilities to collaborate with teams and deploy solutions.

- BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- At least 1 year of professional experience developing software for distributed systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical theory and experience with testing/measurement hardware platforms.
- Proficiency in system‑level languages such as Golang, Rust, C, or C++ for automation.
- Ability to write efficient code under memory and CPU constraints.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers and communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I²C, etc.).
- Proactive, engaged, and positive attitude toward challenging tasks and team accountability.
- Ability to work on‑site five days a week (no remote option).
Benefits
Compensation is a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $175,000 USD, determined by experience, location, and legal factors. This role does not offer hybrid or remote work options.
