Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for clients, overseeing negotiations, contracts, budgets, change orders, and schedule adjustments to maintain client confidence.
Team Management: Guide and mentor project managers, superintendents, and field leaders to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Estimating Support (Preferred): Contribute to project estimating and proposal development when required, ensuring competitive and accurate bids.
