Maintain proper inventory levels and organized stockpiles within the yard and bin areas.
Support a safe and efficient workplace by maintaining clean, organized work areas and participating in regular housekeeping duties.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable safety and quality standards, including OSHA regulations.
Report potential hazards, promote a strong safety culture, and actively participate in safety meetings and initiatives.
Collect aggregate load tickets and submit them daily to the batch office.
Perform routine equipment maintenance, including cleaning, fueling, greasing, and completing daily service inspections.
Assist with additional maintenance tasks such as cleaning bins, washout ponds (if applicable), and other plant areas.
Operate front-end loader to move materials between aggregate stockpiles, storage bins, hoppers, and haul trucks to support efficient plant operations.

Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team.
Must be willing and able to work in all weather conditions and challenging outdoor environments
Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety shoes, vests, and glasses, ear plugs, and hard hats, with additional PPE for special jobs as required
Frequent sitting and use of fine motor skills such as manual dexterity, hand / eye coordination, and active hearing and vision
Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a plant environment is preferred.
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work irregular hours, including scheduled Saturdays.
Skilled in the safe operation of power tools, welders, cutting torches, chains, and related safety equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
