- Assist in material & supply purchaess, including developing material lists and Purchase Orders verifying shop drawings.
- Send quotes to suppliers, vendors and subcontractors for bid proposals.
- Maintain cost data, estimate records and bid documents.
- Build budget and schedule to align team to project goals.
- Prepare work orders, shop drawings, and layout sheets.
- Build estimates.
- Assist in post award documentation that includes contract review, insurance and bonding requirements, pulling together budgets.
