What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree required -Certified General Appraiser license and MAI designation -Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint) -Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment -Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL -7+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate -Proactively problem solve and remove obstacles that prohibit us from doing our best work -Excellent written and verbal communication and skills -Attentiveness, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills -Demonstrated ability to solve advanced and multifaceted problems -Demonstrated ability to follow through and complete tasks -Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex documents
