What you would be doing
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants
- Identify facade-related risks and mitigation strategies
- Provide technical guidance to site supervisory staff
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety, and structural requirements
- Document non-conformances and corrective actions
- Review shop drawings and material approval submissions
- Ensure adherence to approved materials and installation methods
- Monitor facade installation quality and workmanship standards
- Ensure weather protection and construction sequencing
- Attend design coordination meetings and technical discussions
- Maintain facade progress tracking and milestone reporting
- Coordinate with other building systems integration (curtain wall/MEP interface)
- Oversee safety compliance for facade installation activities
- Prepare technical reports and compliance certificates
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress assessments
- Review and approve facade design drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
- Validate facade performance criteria (thermal, acoustic, wind load, seismic),PMU test
- Monitor critical path activities affecting project timeline
- Interface with facade contractors and Consultants
- Review mock-up installations and performance testing
