- Supervising general construction workers And MEP tradesman, when required
- Placing reference and layout lines and points to set metal wall panels and finishes
- Measuring, cutting, fitting, and fastening wallboard, t-bar, and finish components
- Installing and verifying vertical metal studs, RO's and horizontal block outs to frame wall panels and attach wallboards
- Reading plans and specifications to determine installation requirements and procedures
- Installing metal framing and frames/trim for windows, doorways, and vents
- Ensuring compliance with M3C quality, building codes and safety standards
- Utilizing equipment and tools, including rolling scaffolding, ladders, tape measures, straightedges, hand tools, and power tools

- Extensive experience in installing drywall, shear, fire rated walls, tile, doors and finish
- Physically fit and able to move or lift construction materials and assemble equipment
- Exceptional ability in planning installations and taking accurate measurements
- In-depth knowledge of fasteners, such as screws, anchors, and connector hardware
- Experience in working with specialized tools such as hammer drills, pneumatic nailing guns, and cutting torches, etc. Stud roll forming experience would be ideal
- Apprenticeship or equivalent training in the construction industry
- Experience in a production, modular or volumetric environment is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of construction industry safety specifications and regulations
- 2+ years of experience in metal stud framing
- High School Diploma or GED
- Keen attention to detail and knowledge of generally accepted construction techniques
