Requirements

Successful candidates will be located in Berks County, PA, and will join our team as an Energy Technician. This entry‑level position involves installing energy efficiency measures for residential customers, with on‑the‑job training that covers attic insulation, caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, thermostats, and electric water heaters.

Physical demands require working in various weather conditions, standing, walking, crawling, climbing, using ladders up to three stories, and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds while using basic hand and power tools.

Candidates need a high school diploma or GED; compensation ranges from $19 to $20 per hour depending on experience. The safety‑sensitive role may involve field or warehouse work, requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and passing a drug test.
