Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays. Typical weekly work hours can meet or exceed 60 hours.
CPR/First aid certification preferred.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Computer software knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Office, JDE, HCSS Heavy Job with preferred abilities in Trimble Business Center and HCSS Heavy Bid.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related preferred
Ability to read, analyze and interpret plans, specifications, external and internal policies/guidelines/regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and effectively present information to large groups and interact with managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Experience with Alaska Department of Transportation or Western Federal Lands preferred.
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
Driver’s License
OSHA 10-hour certification.
Exert force of 20-50 pounds occasionally, 10-25 pounds frequently, or 10 pounds constantly.
Minimum 2 years of progressively proven ability in the construction industry.
Must be able to pass drug screening and a PAT (physical abilities test).
