The Digital Analyst role supports the Asia SPGC program by managing project data, digital systems, reporting dashboards, and analytics, ensuring data accuracy, portfolio visibility, performance insights, and digital process enablement across small projects in the region.
- Collect, validate, and maintain project data from Smartsheet, finance systems, and other sources.
- Create and manage Power BI dashboards for real‑time project visibility and monthly reporting.
- Track project progress, milestones, capital spend, and maintain WBS, purchase orders, and commitments.
- Perform data quality checks, validate savings, identify anomalies, and support variance analysis.
- Automate workflows, reminders, data ingestion, and develop digital templates for schedules and risk registers.
- Maintain risk and safety databases, extract data, track trends, and provide mitigation insights.
- Track and analyze supplier and contractor performance, updating SRC scores and coordinating with procurement.
- Own dashboard updates, troubleshoot errors, enhance data models, and create new KPIs based on stakeholder needs.
- Administer BIM 360 / ACC, set up project folders, permissions, and build data integrations with Power BI.
- Maintain audit findings database, automate reminders, and support compliance documentation.
