  • Print manifests
  • Responsible for dispatching and scheduling both CDL and non-CDL drivers
  • Analyze routes, reviewing driver logs, and maintaining records
  • Help to resolve delivery issues by communicating with team regularly
  • Effectively provide details on shift report so that teams have any detail they may need to execute the next shift
  • Analyze orders and routes to identify problems and correct
  • Be able to assess truck fullness and secondary options for delivery
  • Give direction on jockeying of trucks and trailers
  • Work directly with operations team to identify and solve problems during shift
  • Responsible for communicating with customers regarding deliveries and special handling issues
  • Manage and communicate truck issues and repairs
