As the HR Advisor at Trinity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, high-performing workplace. You will provide expert guidance to managers and employees across the organisation, ensuring that people practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with managers to understand business priorities, anticipate people-related needs, and support effective people management.
- Advising managers on development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring processes are managed professionally and consistently.
- Ensuring managers understand and apply HR policies and employment law; maintaining local policies and contributing to PTSG-wide frameworks.
- Monitoring workplace culture indicators—turnover, absenteeism, feedback—and identifying underlying issues requiring timely intervention.
- Producing accurate and meaningful HR analysis and reports.
- Take an active part in all ER related discussions / meetings and advising managers on UK Law. This will include Disciplinary, grievance, performance reviews and probations.
- Leading and contributing to HR project work, including policy development, benchmarking, training design and delivery, and metrics analysis.

Trinity Fire & Security are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to deliver an efficient and professional operational HR support across the business to people managers and employees. This is a critical role where you’ll support the HR Business Partner to drive performance, foster team excellence, and ensuring the delivery of Trinity’s high-quality standards.

Experience required
- CIPD qualification or comparable professional training (advantageous but not essential).
- Clear communication skills, sound judgment, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law with the ability to apply it confidently in operational settings.
- Comprehensive generalist HR experience and the capability to apply HR practices in a practical, commercially aligned manner.
- Solid proficiency with PC systems, databases, and reporting tools.
