The company seeks a Senior Director, IT Fuel Facility to define, lead, and govern enterprise‑scale IT strategy for nuclear fuel manufacturing. This executive role holds ownership of manufacturing IT platforms, ERP ecosystems, cybersecurity, and regulated systems, ensuring compliance with NRC, DOE, ITAR, NQA‑1, and related frameworks while supporting production scaling.
In this position the leader provides executive oversight of IT operations and service delivery for the fuel facility, establishing service ownership models, disaster recovery, validation, and audit readiness. They will govern system architectures, integrations, and data flows to maintain traceability, quality assurance, and continuous production.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; an MBA or advanced technical degree is strongly preferred. They need at least 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including five years at the Director level in regulated manufacturing, with proven success in ERP, MES, and large‑scale IT transformations.
The role is based at 151 Lafayette Drive, Suite 300, Oak Ridge, TN, requiring five days per week in the office, with approximately 10 % travel and standard 8 am‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday hours.
The expected base salary range is $201,075 – $335,125, varying by location and individual qualifications; compensation does not include benefits or incentives.
