Keep records and report: Maintain accurate records and produce clear, practical insights to support operational decisions.
Coordinate across teams: Work closely with Repairs, Lettings, Asset Management, Compliance, and Estate Services to keep things moving.
Work with contractors: Liaise with external partners to keep works on track and resolve any workflow delays.
Spot and solve problems: Track daily progress, identify delays or risks, and resolve issues quickly escalating where needed.
Champion best practice: Recommend improvements to make the process more efficient, consistent, and transparent.
Lead and challenge: Chair weekly review meetings, assign actions, and hold everyone accountable for their part in the process.
