Schedule preventive maintenance and corrective work orders using the Facilities Management System.
Play a hands-on role in maintenance of ACMV, plumbing & sanitary systems, amenities, fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling and floor finishing of properties.
Involved in the inspection of contractors’ works, tenants fit-out and reinstatement works and assisting in handling of tenants’ requests or feedback.
Generate defect inspection reports.

Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Possess experience in painting, masonry, carpentry and ironmongery works will have an advantage.

Higher / NITEC in Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services), Facility Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experiences in building management and Mechanical and Electrical systems.
