Support the sales team and coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, finance, and marketing.
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, including processing orders, returns, and credits.
Manage end-to-end order processing with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain high-quality communication with customers and internal teams.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
