Experience in working within a matrix environment reporting to Continuous Improvement organization and taking direction from Key Stakeholders.
Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of a variety of lean tools such as: Process Flow Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, Process Problem Solving, Built In Quality, Just In Time, Kaizen/Continuous Improvement, and Lean ROI.
Ability to lead and develop team members.
4-6 years of demonstrated, qualified lean experience in a leadership role.
Knowledge and use of Improvement tools, data analysis, and project management tools.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree
Lean certification from a recognized independent technical organization.
Must have strong ability to influence team members to shift to continuous improvement methods.
