- Drive market share growth through new business development and strategic partnerships. Promote selling of services from the full breadth of AtkinsRéalis.
- Develop and execute a 5-year market strategy aligned with business goals. Identify and respond to market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics.

- Be available to travel across the UK and work on client site as required.

- Experience working in the Secure Government environment, coupled with an appreciation of the different environment, constraints and opportunities.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. A supportive and encouraging approach to mentoring less experienced members of the team.
- A mix of strategic and operational leadership experience.
- A high expectation of performance for yourself and others. Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills both verbally and written.
- A team player who is reliable, proactive and shows initiative whilst able to keep cool under pressure. Ability to inspire others to achieve a shared goal, building a motivated team.
