Maintain confidentiality and privacy of any PHI per HIPAA requirements
Support residents with their ADLs and/or IADLs, including but not limited to:
Protect yourself with proper transfer and lift techniques
Always practice safety and infection control methods
Communicate changes in a resident's condition to the nurse on duty
Maintain chart documentation, and utilize applicable software to do so
Participate in ongoing education and training offered by Givens and/or outside resources as required
Always practice within your scope of training, license and certification, whilst also adhering to all relevant and applicable policies and procedures
Offer companionship by joining clients on walks or accompanying them on visits
Assist and perform tasks delegated by Campus and Home Care nurses
Provide personal care and assist with home making

Must be able to push, pull move, and/or lift a minimum of 50lbs to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move or carry a minimum distance of 10 feet with or without mechanical device

Must be willing to support Givens Highland Farms and Givens Estates
Current CPR certification is nice to have, but not required
